Corbin had to have his tonsils and adnoids out yesterday. He was so brave! He didn't seem worried at all. I was! I don't like my boy having surgery. I know this will help him in the future!

Even Santa showed up! We were there the Sunday before Christmas. I thought the pictures were hilarious. I love my crazy family!
A teacher I work with started an Art Club this year. She asked if my children wanted to stay afterschool and decorate a gingerbread house. I knew Allie and Corbin would love it! The 7th graders were so nice and sweet to them. Corbin and Allie did a wonderful job!
Last week, Allie received the Caring Character Counts award in her class. We are so proud of her. Last year, she received the Responsiblity award. She was so excited!
Yes, she is the tall blond! She takes after her daddy!
On Friday, Eric's mom, dad, and grannie came over to celebrate. We decided to cook steaks and baked potoates. It was so good that we are going to skip turkey and ham at Christmas and go for steaks again!
On Thursday, we went to my brother's house to celebrate Thanksgiving. We had so much fun! I got on everyone's nerves taking pictures. Ha! One day, they will want to see these pictures! This year, Eric and I took the ham, dressing, and mashed potatoes. I know why my sister-in-law wanted us to do the dressing. We used Eric's grandmother's recipe. It was hard! Some things had no measurement - just taste and decide how much! What! I need a recipe. It turned out a little drym, but good!
We took Allie to her first UT game Saturday. We weren't sure if she would like it or not. Luckily, we had awesome seats so she was close to the cheerleaders and dance team! She also lived the majorettes! Corbin kept telling her to be quiet because she kept talking and asking questions. That's a brother for you!
