Motivation Monday #2

I'm having trouble with my laptop so I'm blogging from my phone. Last week went pretty good. I still need to drink more water.



I did cook at home, but I need to step it up to more healthy cooking.

As a family, we started running at night. It has gone so well. We are enjoying the running as well as each other's company.

I'm looking forward to trying a leg workout during the days we are not running. It is a dancer workout. I took dance for 13 years and I loved every minute of it.



My husband said he has lost 4 pounds. Woot woot! Why do men lose weight so much faster?!?!? But that is encouraging.

Good job girlie!!! You can do it! Drinking your water is KEY! It can work for you or against you! I try and get in a gallon per day; it was really hard for about two weeks and then my body finally adjusted! Less trips to the bathroom and I felt so much better!

And I may have to borrow that leg workout! It looks intense!
